International Management Trainee (H/F) – CDI Exchange programme UK/France – ENTERPRISE HOLDINGS

Gain a place on our International Management Trainee Programme and you’d be forgiven if the success momentarily went to your head. Enterprise is the springboard to a brilliant management career in a world-leading company with a global turnover of more than £20 billion, so getting a little carried away at first is quite understandable.
Rest assured, the hard work and down-to- earth-colleagues in our company will keep your feet on the ground. Initially you’ll spend 12-18 months in the UK or Ireland, learning everything you need to know about running your own branch then you will be returning to France to do exactly that. Excel, and the manager’s title could be yours within two years of joining us.
Here at Enterprise, we love to promote our people from within – 98% of our workforce started as management trainees – but there’s nothing automatic about this progression. It’s all about team work, hitting targets and tackling challenges together. It’s not always easy – but, more importantly, it’s never dull.
If you’ve fluent English and bags of ambition, start getting ahead of yourself by applying online.
